Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
Weekend services are available for an additional fee of $35.00 per project.
Work begins 24 hours after payment is received. Most products can receive a proof within 24-48 hours, with a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks depending on the product.
BOOKING & PRINTING POLICY
To secure your project with Lady Shay Kreations, payment is be required at the time of booking. Full payment is due after proof approval on most projects. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a project timeline is established. Please contact us for more details.
ll print orders are processed based on the specifications provided at the time of order. Please review proofs carefully, as we are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies approved by the customer. Note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer screens. Refunds are not available for printed materials, but we offer store credit for issues within our control.
REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our orders and the time invested in each project, we do not offer refunds. Once work has commenced, all sales are final. . However, we may provide store credit under certain circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our creative process.
